Instantly waterproof elastic paint with crack-bridging fibres for roofs, non-walkable terraces, gutters, ridge-pieces, chimney stacks, pipes, etc. The product has better UV resistance and improved hydrophobic properties.
Waterproof finish of roofs, non-walkable terraces, gutters, ridge-pieces, chimney stacks, pipes etc. Recoatable with Dacfill, Coating PRT or Dacfill HZ.

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION
- 1 m²/L at 430 μm dry.
- Apply 2 coats in combination with the Dacfill-fleece (see below)
PRACTICAL CONSUMPTION
Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove dust, mud, grease, moss and withered leaves carefully. The spots to be repaired are cleaned with a hard broom and sponged. After cleaning, Fillcoat can be applied directly on bituminous substrates, hard PVC, polyester, zinc, aluminium, glass, tiles, etc. Porous materials (concrete, stone, wood) must first be dried and pre-treated with a coat of Primer 44HS. In case of repeatedly repaired spots, important or active cracks, Fillcoat without fibres is to be reinforced with Dacfill-fleece: apply a coat of Fillcoat (about 1 l/m²), unroll Dacfill-fleece in it and cover it immediately with another coat of Fillcoat.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE – To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS – Can be applied during all weather conditions, except for snow.
APPLICATION & THINNING:
- BRUSH – Do not dilute.
REMARKS: Never apply to polystyrene insulation or onto new concrete (concrete should be at least 2 years old). Do not apply Fillcoat as priming coat under Dac Hydro Alu.
