Dear Customers,

You have the right, in case the goods purchased from www.mana.bg prove to have a manufacturing defect, to return the goods to us and for us to take the necessary legal action.

The complaint must be made within two months of discovering the non-conformity.

After a complaint is filed, we will take the following actions. We will repair the defective goods free of charge for the consumer or, if repair is not possible, replace them with new ones within one month. If we fail to do either of these, we will re-evaluate or fully refund the amount for the purchased goods. A refund may also occur in cases where a product, within its two-year warranty period, develops a defect again after having been repaired three times already. The refund period is 📆 14 business days.

The return of goods purchased from a traditional store without a defect or after the expiry of the 14-day period for distance and off-premises contracts is solely a matter of good business practice on the part of the specific economic operator and is not regulated by law.

🧾 To return the purchased goods, you need to:


  1. Send the goods by courier or bring them to the store at the address: Sofia, Bulgaria Blvd. 53.

  2. Complete the Complaint Protocol correctly and thoroughly, send it to the email address: office@mana.bg with the subject "Complaint Protocol No.................." and print it out to include it in the package you hand over to the courier.

  1. Include in the package the cash receipt or invoice, as well as any other sales documents, warranties, etc.

  2. Only strict adherence to the above conditions makes it possible to accept the complaint.

Any complaint can also be made in person at our physical store in Sofia, Bulgaria Blvd. 53.

✅ Important details:

  1. 📦 Costs: Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the merchant has stated otherwise. For products returned at the recipient's expense, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount for the complaint.
  2. Proof: A cash receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase is required.
  3. Payment method: The amount is refunded to a bank account.
