DESCRIPTION: Quick drying watertight water-based liquid membrane for roofs. Forms a lasting elastic coat without joint or seams on horizontal roofs.
RECOMMENDED USE: Waterproofing protection of flat roofs. Also applicable in situations where quickwater resistance or recoatability is required. Builds an abrasion resistant rubberlike coat without joints or seams, which is hardly flammable and self-extinguishing.

RECOMMENDED WET FILM THICKNESS: 1200 micron per coat (cons.: 1,5 kg/m²)
RECOMMENDED DRY FILM THICKNESS: 600 micron per coat (cons.: 1,5 kg/m²)
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION: Per coat: 1 - 1,5 kg/m² (depending of the substrate). To be applied in 2 coats.
PRACTICAL CONSUMPTION: Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
SURFACE PREPARATION: The substrate must bewell clean and dry, free from flakes, gravel, dust and dirt. Fill up joints with Elastofill, bridge active cracks with "Dacfill bridging mesh" and apply one of the following priming coats:
- On porous concrete, hard PVC and polyester: Primer 44HS
- On very smooth concrete: Noxyde diluted with 25% volumewater
- On iron and steel: undiluted Noxyde
Roofing or bituminous materials over 1 year old can be coated directly with Dacfill HZ depending on its condition. To ensure optimal adhesion it is recommended to fixate the substratewith Parafix. Zinc, galvanised steel, copper, lead and aluminium can be recoated with Dacfill HZ, if required, after degreasing and slight sanding.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use. Add Bcomponent to the A-component while stirring mechanically. It is advised to use the mixed material during the same day. Unroll the Dacfill-mesh on the dry and clean substrate and fix it to the substratewith a first coat of Dacfill HZ (1 - 1,5 kg/m²) by roller.Mesh overlappings must be at least 5 cm. After drying, a second coat of Dacfill HZ is to be applied by roller or by airless so that the structure of the mesh is not visible anymore.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Dry weather: enough air ventilation (light breeze) or sunny conditions.Minimum Temperature: 5°C.Max. Relative humidity: 85%.
