DESCRIPTION
A durable bitumen-based patch repair for use on exterior pot-holed asphalt and concrete based on polished aggregate together with liquid binder based on bitumen plus resins and adhesives. Ideal for potholes in roads, car parks, paths and other bituminous and concrete surfaces.
RECOMMENDED USE Ideal for pot-holes in roadways, vehicle parks, loading docks, paths, airfields etc, on bituminous and concrete surfaces.
RECOMMENDED DRY FILM THICKNESS between 25 and 100 mm
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION At a film thickness of 24 mm 25 kg will cover approximately 0.5m². The product can be applied up to 100mm film thickness.
PRACTICAL CONSUMPTION Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
SURFACE PREPARATION Remove all loose material and surface water, oil etc. Apply the primer with a brush on the prepared surface.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS Temperature of air, substrate and coating material between 5 and 25°C. At lower temperatures the product will be tougher and is therefore more difficult to apply.
APPLICATION & THINNING: RAKE/TROWEL Do not dilute the product.
SHELF LIFE Minimum of 2 years from date of production in unopened cans, if stored in dry, well ventilated areas, not in direct sunlight at temperatures between 5° and 25°C.
