Mirka Roundy KIT

The Mirka Roundy is ergonomically designed to fit into the palm of the hand and is suitable for multiple operations from paint stripping to lacquer & paint sanding. The Roundy features 34 dust extraction holes making it a versatile and practical hand block for use with both Abranet® abrasives and 15-hole 150mm discs, that can wrap around its sides to assist the user in reaching corners and other hard to reach areas that require sanding. The Roundy kit includes the ergonomic hand block + hose + 15 Abranet strips (5 x P120, 5 x P180, 5 x P240).

How it works:
Garbage enters the cyclone along the tangent of the cone. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the airflow velocity, the dust begins to slide along the outer spiral (separator walls).
Due to gravity and the cone-shaped shape of the filter, the sucked particles lose their kinetic energy and collapse into the dust collecting vessel under the cyclone.
The clean air, after it has descended on the outer spiral to the bottom of the filter, under pressure from the still entering air the device ascends in the middle of the cyclone and its internal spiral and goes into the vacuum cleaner, similar to the eye of a tornado storm.
It is important to note that the high cleaning efficiency is influenced by the geometry of the height and diameter of the device.
