WHAT IS BOX NOW?
BOX NOW is the newest courier service in Bulgaria that delivers only to its own network of automated locker stations. BOX NOW lockers are always located in a key area of the city, are accessible 24/7, and are powered by their own solar panels.
HOW TO CHOOSE DELIVERY TO BOX NOW?
- When completing your order, click the BOX NOW button as the delivery method.
- Choose your BOX NOW locker from the list (select your city to generate a map with the exact locations). Click "Confirm" to finalize your choice. If you made a mistake, click the button again to select the correct location.
- Select the payment option CASH ON DELIVERY BOX NOW.
- If "Cash on Delivery" is selected, you will receive a payment link by bank card via email, SMS, or Viber when your package is dispatched.
- To collect your order, enter the PIN code you received from BOX NOW via email, SMS, or Viber with your order confirmation, and collect your package from the locker – the box containing your order will open automatically.
IMPORTANT: For delivery to a BOX NOW locker, there is no cash payment option when "Cash on Delivery" is selected. Payment must be made by bank card via a link you will receive by email or SMS after the package has been dispatched.

1. How long will my package be stored in a BOX NOW locker?
You can pick up your package from a BOX NOW locker within 48 hours after confirmation that it has been delivered to the station. If you do not pick up your package within this period, the period will automatically be extended by another 48 hours. The storage time can be extended free of charge by an additional 24 hours via the website in the "Track your shipment" section. If the package is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to Ozone.bg.
2. Do BOX NOW lockers have working hours?
Almost all BOX NOW lockers can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, sometimes they are located next to establishments that have special access requirements. To be sure when you can pick up your package, pay attention to the stated working hours when choosing a specific location.
3. How does the process of picking up a package from a BOX NOW locker work?
After placing an order on mana.bg, BOX NOW will send an SMS, Viber message, or email containing a PIN code as soon as your package arrives at the selected locker. Enter the code on the locker's keypad, and one of the boxes will open automatically.
4. What size packages fit in BOX NOW lockers?
The option to order to BOX NOW from mana.bg is automatically unlocked depending on the volume of your order. Nevertheless, to help you plan your purchases correctly, below we list the permissible dimensions of orders so you can take advantage of the service:
- Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms.
5. Does the delivery price depend on the size of the package?
No, currently the delivery to BOX NOW is the same for all three package size options - the delivery price is BGN 3.60 including VAT
6. You have placed an order from mana.bg, but have not yet received information about its delivery to BOX NOW?
BOX NOW delivers within the next day after your order has been processed. Most likely, you have not received your package yet because it has not been prepared by the online store. You can track your package on the BOX NOW website or contact them at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.
8. How can I find directions to the BOX NOW locker I have chosen?
Click on the link you received for delivery confirmation from BOX NOW via email, SMS, or Viber. On it, you will find directions to the location of the BOX NOW locker you selected for your package delivery.
9. Can I pay with a foreign card (a card issued in a country outside Bulgaria)?
You can pay with a bank card issued in a country within the European Union or the European Economic Area. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside the EU and the UK due to the lack of 3D-Secure.
