Routing

The router is equipped with a powerful electric motor that delivers between 10,000 and 24,000 revolutions per minute. The professional hand-held tool allows for precise routing of chamfers and grooves, as well as profiling workpieces of all kinds. It is also ideally suited for template routing and freehand routing. Thanks to its torsion-resistant base plate, tool-free interchangeable bases and guide bushes, and easy cutter changes, the router is an intuitively operated tool. It should not be missing from any workshop – especially in combination with other products from the Festool system, such as a suitable dust extractor, guide rails, and a multi-routing template.
